Who controls your information
IncomeSure is a trading style of Best Risk Management and Financial Service Limited. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through this redundancy and unemployment insurance enquiry route.
Information we collect and why
We use the information you provide to process your enquiry, contact you by phone, email or SMS about your request, keep records of consent and enquiry source, and meet our legal and regulatory duties. This can include your contact details, date of birth, employment information, income, requested cover amount, landing page, campaign parameters and Google Ads click identifiers contained in the address used to reach the site.
Unfinished enquiries
As you complete the form, we save your answers and enquiry-source details so you can return on the same browser. Drafts are encrypted on our server, remain available for 7 days after the last save, and are not sent to an insurance adviser until you submit your enquiry. Returning through another advert retains the previous source separately from the new visit. Expired drafts are removed during routine draft cleanup.
Who we may share it with
We may share the information with authorised insurance specialists and service providers that help us operate the enquiry service, including hosting, customer relationship management and advertising-attribution providers such as Google.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads click identifiers for server-side conversion measurement under our legitimate interests in measuring whether our advertising produces enquiries, qualified enquiries and sales. This helps us assess campaign performance and avoid wasting advertising spend. For this purpose we may send Google a click identifier, conversion time, conversion value, conversion action and an order reference. This processing is limited to conversion measurement and is not used by IncomeSure for remarketing, audience creation or advertising personalisation.
Rejecting optional cookies does not stop this storage-free conversion measurement. Where optional cookies have been rejected or no optional-cookie choice has been made, we do not send hashed contact details, an IP address, device fingerprints or remarketing data with the conversion. The click identifier is captured from the landing-page address without IncomeSure placing it in cookies, local storage or session storage. If you allow optional cookies, Google measurement technology may also use browser storage and we may include hashed contact details for enhanced conversion matching.
We retain advertising click identifiers only for as long as they are needed for conversion matching, reporting and related audit requirements, and remove them when they are no longer required for those purposes.
Your rights and right to object
You have the right to object to conversion measurement carried out under legitimate interests. To object, email info@comparisonsite.co.uk and tell us that your request concerns IncomeSure conversion measurement. We will stop or restrict this processing where required and respond without undue delay and within one month.
You may also ask us to access, correct, restrict or delete your information where the law allows, or withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
